Tyler Frans

CMS Team Lead

Tyler Frans is one of our resident CMS pros. He's been building websites for the last ten years—long before he joined Domain7 in 2007. He has developed websites in almost every major open-source platform including Drupal, Wordpress, Magento and Joomla. In addition to ninja coding skills, he also spends lots of his time connecting with clients and keeping projects on track as a Project Manager.

Whether developing as a hobby or professionally, he gets a kick out of breaking a project down to its core and working with clients to strategically solve their particular set of business requirements while creating a great experience for the end user. He loves problem solving, but more importantly, loves knowing he's solving the right problems.

Tyler's a friendly guy, so it's no surprise his favourite thing about Domain7 is the awesome crew of developers, designers, project managers and strategists he works with. Outside of work, when he's not watching Canucks games or Canucks highlights, Tyler is probably reading articles about the Canucks or talking about the Canucks. He and his wife Kristen got married in April 2011 and promptly moved to Halifax, where they currently reside.
