James has played a number of roles over 15+ years in the IT industry - coder, database designer, business analyst, trainer, project manager and operations manager. James is motivated by working in a collaborative team setting and being able to see a direct connection between his work and business results. He was drawn to Domain7 by a respect for the company's values, and a desire to contribute within a fast-paced, dynamic environment. He lives in Burnaby with his wife and young daughter, and enjoys photography, hiking, skiing and other outdoor activities.
