Background: Dan heads up Domain7’s dedicated support team, making sure clients get the help they need, when they need it. He came to our team with a super diverse background— he has managed operations at four kitchens in Mexico that simultaneously fed a total of 3,000 people at every meal, taught grade 3–5 special education, and most recently worked in IT services at BCIT.
Strengths: Dan has a degree in Computer Information Technology from BCIT. His background in customer service and IT mean he’s really good at managing teams and handling multiple (and often conflicting) priorities. He loves this diversity in his role though and that it let’s him deal with myriad areas of implementation and a huge range of clients every day.
Bonus: Dan is a US export from Cupertino, CA. He moved to Canada in 2009 and now lives in Ladner with his wife and three gorgeous little girls.
