Waiting to Belong

Focus on the Family (FOTF) envisioned a campaign to promote adoption awareness and resources. With brand direction from FOTF, Domain7 worked with the business stakeholders to develop a strategy to understand various audience types and provide a clear path for constituents to identify themselves and find the most relevant content. In this campaign, we also helped FOTF think about a strategy to convert interested participants and develop a marketing program to continue to engage participants. The resulting site has provided a clean user experience with clear calls to action, helping FOTF capture and engage consumers.
