Baby Gourmet
PROJECT GOALS
Baby Gourmet was poised for major expansion into over 1,000 Walmart stores across the United States when they realized that that their website wasn’t up to snuff for such a huge market! They needed a site that was sophisticated enough to reach the working mommies who love their organic baby food. They also needed to branch out into all the social media channels their customers rely on for of-the-moment info and service. Baby Gourmet needed the full package, and they needed it quickly.
OUR APPROACH
Working under very tight time constraints, Domain7 analyzed Baby Gourmet’s competitors, their target audience and their long-term business goals. With that research in place, a web strategy was born. A total overhaul of their existing web presence was in order. We included a bunch of customer-friendly features in the build: a blog run by an expert nutritionist, a branded store locater and differing Canadian and American versions of the site.
RESULTS
The new site was completed in record time, and launched in parallel with their expansion. Now it is a really slick foundation for Baby Gourmet’s ongoing online marketing campaign—supporting brand awareness, customer engagement and retail sales.
